Shipping & Delivery

 We ship within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Our standard shipping method is express mail. You should receive your products within 3-10 business days. The shipping of the items is online traceable. If your order shows your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please reassure that your order is on its way. Tracking information may not be updated for 24-72 hours.

  We give International express delivery worldwide which comes with an online tracking number and need a signature. 

 Note:

    1. Customs fees are not being included by Louboutinsales.com for international shipping. We’ll mark our parcel as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.

 

    2. Please provide us with detailed and correct address that can be reached by the international express delivery. P.O. Box address will not be accepted. The risk of loss would be passed to you if it is caused by the mistakes of shipping address made by you at filling out the shipping information.

 

Return and Exchange

 In order to process your return you must send us an email with the details of your order and the items you would like to return. We will give you a return authorization. The package you send to us should be in original condition. The product you want refunded, exchanged should be sent to the address we will provide you with. For every refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery and must be in resalable conditions. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.

 Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt for merchandise Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.

  If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Louboutinsales.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
